What is Garcinia Cambogia?

Garcinia Cambogia – a fruit that is known as tamarind or garcinia gummi-gutta. It is most commonly described for its pumpkin like shape, just smaller than actual pumpkins.  The fruit grows on tamarind trees in curved bean like pods approximately 6 inches in length, on a slow growing tree exceeding 100 feet in height. Grows within the tropical climates of Africa.

Young fruit has a pliable brown skin and the inside greenish with whitish seeds. As the fruit matures the greenish insides turn brown and the pod becomes more bulbous. As the fruit dries out, the pod becomes stiff and brittle, the insides become pasty and the seeds turn brown.

Choosing A Garcinia Cambogia Product

Most manufactures tend to add cheap quality ingredients and fillers into the products to keep cost down. In many cases the quality and amount used in case studies is not used in the product. You will find as your browsing around from product to product that most ingredients derive from china or mexico and do not have the proper dosage.

Peace of mind… When you purchase Garcinia Cambogia your chances of it actually working is about 66%. This would be if you were to clean up your diet and use in conjunction with L-Carnitine (best taken prior to your cardio exercise). There is no magic pill and in many cases you are simply just going to waste your money with Garcinia Cambogia.

Cleaning up your diet and reducing processed foods, sodium & sugar, and adding some exercise your going to see results. Our advice is not going with Garcinia, however if you are then go with a pure extract form and use the L-carnitine in conjunction with exercise and improved eating.
